We built ezprints by producing prints and personalized products for professional photographers. They care about quality and consistency and we've been delivering it for more than 10 years. Today, our refund rate due to quality issues is right at .003% of overall volume across all partners and products.
Quality printing starts with using premium inputs. We always use quality materials and pre-inspect them before putting them into production. We use Kodak Endura Professional Paper for our Lustre and Metallic prints. These papers offer a slightly enhanced color gamut for rich colors and exceptional, smooth flesh-tone reproduction.
We match color across printers and substrates. We do this by calibrating our printers to a single color target daily and balancing our printers hourly to keep consistent color. This means you can order an 8x10, a canvas, a folded card, and a mug without worrying about color matching. This also means that you'll get consistent color over time–the prints you order a year from now will match the prints you order today.
To get the best results, you need the right equipment. Our 100,000 sq. ft., Atlanta production facility houses a suite of state of the art equipment for manufacturing that includes Noritsu and Frontier mini labs, HP 5000 Indigo Digital Presses, small format printers, large format printers and the specialty equipment needed to produce t-shirts, mouse pads, mugs and more.
